VIBAe shoes should feel snug at first and there is no need to leave extra free space at the end. The size is correct when the length of your foot in cm is between our measurement boundaries shown before each EU size.

The easiest way to put your VIBAe shoe into your feet is against the floor, push your foot all the way to the end, and only then bring up the heel. Once you start wearing the VIBAe shoe they will stretch about half a size and the more you wear them the better they get.

You can wash your ZUMA Linens!

Pull out the insoles, put your VIBAe ZUMA slip-ons into a delicates bag, and toss them in the washing machine – gentle cycle with cold water (30°C) with your favorite mild detergent. When they are done, shake off any excess water and let them air dry (don’t dry them in direct sunlight). Don’t put them in the dryer. And don’t worry, they will return to their original shape in no time.

If you want to, you may spray them for protection against the sun’s UV rays, stains, and water. The color will fade if the linen is exposed to direct sunlight often, but you can also dye them! See our TOP TIPS in our journal.

Because our shoes are breathable and the Carbon Step™ footbed is antibacterial, there is no need to wash the footbed, but you may gently hand wash the suede cover with soap and water. You may also purchase replacement insoles HERE.

The open cell structure of the polyurethane composition retains the bouncy feeling and helps to prevent bacterial growth to combat foot odor.

The cork shank works as a thermal insulator and provides structure and protection to the underside of the footbed for longevity.
