What You’ll Receive
Once your shoes are processed, you’ll get an offer and a VIBAe gift card you can use on either new or preloved items. No waiting for your shoes to be sold—your voucher arrives fast.
FOR EACH ITEM ELIGIBLE FOR RESALE
If the resale price is €10–80 → You get 60%
Over €80 → You get 80% of the value above €80
You’ll get your VIBAe gift card within 2 weeks (valid for 6 months).
A handling fee of €2.80 per item and shipping will be deducted.
