Online Purchases - Return & Exchange Policy

Regular Priced Merchandise

RETURNS

• You can receive a refund within 30 days from the shipping date or merchandise credit on an eGift Card within 30 days from the shipping date. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.
• There is a €10 restocking fee for refunds to the original payment method, and the shipping cost is not refunded; however, we will provide a free return label. It can take up to 14 days for a return to be processed, dependent on the number of returns coming in. 

EXCHANGE

• We offer a free exchange within 30 days of delivery. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your return during the process.

  If you need to change the shipping address for your exchange order,
  please contact us before submitting your request.
  
  If you'd like to exchange for a size that is not in stock,
  please do a return (see below) and order again when we have the size available.
  
  So that you know, we can provide one prepaid return/exchange label per order.
  → Please remember to check your SPAM folder if you do not receive the email containing the prepaid shipping label. Sometimes, emails can accidentally be filtered there.

Sale Merchandise

RETURNS

• Sale items marked with a discount of less than 50% can be returned for merchandise credit on an eGift Card if returned within 30 days of the shipping date. Sorry, no refunds to the original form of payment for the sale or discounted items.
• Sale items marked at 50% off or greater are final sales.

Return & Exchange Conditions

For all returns or exchanges:

• Items must not be worn or damaged.
• All original tags must be attached.
• You must present a valid receipt.

The following items are final sales and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Sale items marked at 50% off or greater

Gift Cards

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto an eGift Card. Nice and simple.

How to Return

Visit our Return Portal to start your return.

When your refund is complete, we’ll email you right away and let you know. We do not refund import duties or taxes.

Online Return Refund & Processing

Refunds will be credited when we receive the returned products at our warehouse, either to your original payment method or as a store credit (gift card).

All returned items that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded back onto a gift card.

Once we receive your return package, we’ll process your return within 7 to 10 business days.

The refund will show on your original payment method in 5-8 business days.
