We’re pretty excited about getting your order to you. We ship to all countries except those listed in the Shipping Restrictions section below.

Shipping Options

Receive FREE Standard Shipping for purchases over €100.

Please note that VIBAe Pre-Loved items are sold by Ninyes and excluded from free shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • Belarus
  • Turkey
  • Crimea
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Russia
  • Syria
  • Ukraine

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or Holiday Destinations

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO or to hotels or Airbnb locations at this time. 

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address.

Taxes & Duties

Depending on your shipping destination, your country’s customs office may apply additional charges such as import fees, clearance fees, duties (tariffs), and/or taxes.
 
At checkout, you will see whether duties and taxes are included in your order:
  • “No Hidden Fees – All Duties Included”
    The total amount you pay already includes all applicable duties and taxes. We guarantee that you will not be charged anything extra upon delivery.
  • “Local taxes and duties may apply”
    In some countries, local taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees may be charged separately upon arrival.
If you see the banner stating: “Local taxes and duties may apply” then any customs-related fees are the responsibility of the customer (you) and may be collected when your order arrives.
Please note that customs authorities may occasionally delay deliveries at their discretion.
We are legally required to declare the value of your order on the package. And no - we cannot mark your order as a “gift” to avoid fees. (We wish we could, but we can’t.)
VIBAe has no control over these charges. For more information on duties, taxes, or other import costs, please contact your local customs office.


Order Tracking Information

Shipping Confirmation & Receipt Email

Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number.
Click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.

Multiple Shipments – One Tracking Number
Your order may be shipped in more than one package, depending on warehouse availability. However, you will receive only one tracking number for the full shipment.

This means:

Packages may arrive at different times.

The tracking number may show as “delivered” even if only part of the order has arrived.

Please allow a few extra days for any remaining items to be delivered.

This is part of how our shipping system works and does not affect the status or safety of your order.

Refusing a Shipment

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact us at customercare@vibae.com so we can get you sorted.

If you refuse your order or any part of it without authorization from us, you will be responsible for all shipping, duties, and taxes.

Redirecting An Order

Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
