How do I join the loyalty program?
Simply sign up to create your account and start earning rewards!
Do my past orders count?
Yes, your past online orders count towards your tier, but they don’t earn vibes. When the programme launched on 14.10.2026, we added up everything you’ve bought at vibae.com and placed you in the tier that fits. Vibes are only awarded on orders placed from launch onwards. Past in-store purchases don’t count towards your tier, as this is an online programme.
To get you started, every customer, new or existing, gets 50 vibes when they log in. From there, the higher your tier, the faster you earn.
How can I earn vibes?
Earn vibes by making purchases, and more! Check out the “Ways to Earn” section for details.
How do I redeem my vibes for rewards?
When you are logged in, you can redeem your vibes directly at checkout. 100 vibes is equal to €1 off your order.
Where can I see my vibes balance?
Log in to your account! Your vibes balance will be highlighted at the top of the page.
Do my vibes expire?
Vibes will expire after one year if there isn't any account activity. We'll send a reminder email 30 days before they expire.
What happens to my vibes if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the vibes you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When do I get my birthday gift?
On your birthday! The gift will be added to your account and can be redeemed with your next purchase.
The only instance in which birthday vibes will be delayed until next year is if your birthday is within 30 days from the day you entered it.
I forgot to use my vibes at checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately vibes cannot be redeemed on an order after the purchase has been completed.
Do I get vibes for buying a gift card?
No you don't, but you will get vibes when using the gift card for purchases.
