At VIBAe, we're eager to create a new standard of ecological, ergonomic, and comfortable footwear, ethically made by artisans. And in order to keep the pieces in use for a long time and to make recycling as easy as possible, we have now created the VIBAe Pre-loved concept with Ninyes.
You can either recycle your own pre-loved VIBAe shoes easily and quickly by selling them back to our partner Ninyes, or buy checked pre-loved VIBAE shoes from our curated and wonderful second hand collection.
We have made recycling / reselling as easy as possible for you
Send your used VIBAe items back to our partner Ninyes and you will quickly receive a voucher which you can use to buy either new or pre-loved VIBAe items. All you have to do is to pack and ship your items and Ninyes will handle all the rest. You will receive a VIBAe voucher quickly and what's best, you don’t have to wait for the shoes to be sold.
The recycling service works now only in selected European countries but we will add more regions soon.

PACK YOUR SHOES INCLUDING A NOTE
Slip a note into the shoebox with your name and contact details (phone number and email address).

WAIT FOR THE OFFER FROM NINYES
Once Ninyes has processed your items, you will receive the refund value for them; after you accept the offer, we will send you your voucher.
For each item eligible for resale, we will refund you 70% (for items with a value more than 70€) or 50% (for items with a value less than 70€) of the estimated resale price. You will receive the voucher approximately two weeks after you have shipped your pre-loved items to Ninyes. The voucher is valid six (6) months from the date of issue.

Used VIBAe footwear. All items should be in good condition, clean and have an intact brand label. The assumed reselling price for each item must be at least € 10.
NO, THANK YOU
Dirty, stained, broken, clearly faded or discolored items. Items with animal hair or strong fragrance.
We won't accept wool socks nor foot or shoe creams.
