Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world.
FREE standard shipping on orders over €100.
Currently, we do not ship to Turkey, Belarus, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, and Ukraine.
How long will it take to get my orders?
All parcels are sent from Finland.
We do not work on the weekends, so if you have placed an order during the weekend, it will ship on Tuesday.
Once the parcel leaves our warehouse, it normally takes 3-6 business days, depending where you are in the world.
Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
I ordered multiple pairs, but one is on backorder. Can you send the others now?
We are only able to ship orders when all items are available. If you would like to receive the available items sooner, please place a separate order for the item that is on backorder.
Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?
For orders shipping to the United States and Canada, we are unable to change the delivery address after the order is placed due to local state tax regulations.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, as our delivery partners require a physical residential or business address for successful delivery.
Please also note that we do not ship to temporary or short-term locations such as hotels, holiday destinations, or Airbnb addresses.
