PEANUTS & PERSONALITIES
OPENING SCENE Tara’s phone lights up. Anna from customer care on WhatsApp.
ANNA: "Today has been a full emotional range already, wanna hear?"
TARA: "Tell me, tell me, you have the best stories!"
ANNA: "First email... wait for the photo."

THE GOOD ONE
ANNA: “A customer, Ivana, sent her wedding photo. Just the two of them, three dogs, comfy clothes, bride wearing ZUMA shoes. They wanted it small and intimate because the dogs are family.”
TARA: “I mean... the doggies! And yes, yes, the shoes. The photo is comfort, in every sense of the word. This wedding photo is EVERYTHING. I wonder if I could share it, spread the love vibes?”
A pause. Long enough for Tara to contemplate getting more dogs.
ANNA: "She said she’s happy we want to share their joy. She said that everyone should be able to love freely, because love creates, it doesn’t destroy.”
TARA: “Snif.”
THE CONFUSING ONE
ANNA: “And then there was the peanut butter.”
TARA: “The what now sorry?”
ANNA: “See the picture I sent? Not kidding. Customer ordered shoes. Got a jar of peanut butter instead. The carrier had to rebox things and somehow mixed up the tracking numbers.”
TARA: “So somewhere…”
ANNA: “…someone might be spreading shoes on top of their toast.”
TARA: “Was the customer fuming?”
ANNA: “They have many of our shoes, so they know we’re not a scam or anything, but obviously not happy, but very understanding. Our customer's are the best. And obviously I’m fixing it, but SERIOUSLY, what next???”
